Outside of the Therapy Room
When I’m not working with clients, I try to practice what I preach by pouring energy into the things that fill my own cup. I am a proud dog lover and mom to two puppies. I’m also a dedicated Pilates girlie and an avid traveler on a lifelong, passionate mission to explore all seven continents.
